Whether you go for the Classic / Crossbar frame for traditional styling or the Easy-Entry version for simpler mounting, you get the same internal battery pack (Bosch CompactTube 400 Wh), 60 Nm Bosch Performance SX motor, and rugged accessories that make every ride—whether loaded for touring or riding around town—a pleasure.

With its Bosch Performance SX motor paired to the CompactTube 400 battery, the Pro 400X offers smooth, strong assistance even on steep climbs. It rolls on grippy 50 mm Schwalbe G-One Overland tyres, trustworthy 1×11 Shimano Cues gearing, and comes equipped with Shimano BR-MT200 hydraulic disc brakes providing surefooted stopping power in all conditions.     Gear and brake cables need a way to get from handlebar controls to frame – but what if there was no need for holes near the head tube? We came up with a design that takes cables into the frame via the headset, maintaining full internal cable routing but making it even neater and less obtrusive.

    Bosch SX technology incorporates a new, lighter and more configurable battery setup. To make the most of the weight saving, we've integrated the new battery fully into the down tube. And the Power More option means you can add an additional 250Wh battery quickly and simply, for extra range. It's the best of both worlds.
