28 day returns

We always want you to be happy with your online purchase, but if for any reason this isn't the case, then CJ Performance Cycles offers a 28 day returns policy.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we should be able to cancel it immediately and process your refund. If, however, you order has been processed, you have 14 days from receipt of goods to inform us of your intention to cancel your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Returns received outside this 14 day period will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Any items returned must be in unused condition and in the original packaging, which should also be in as-new condition. Any signs of overhandling will result in a charge against the amount refunded.

Items must be returned at your own cost, and we recommend that you use a reputable, insured service as the goods will remain your property until your order is refunded. Any items returned without proof of postage that are lost in transit are not the responsibility of CJ Performance Cycles, and we reserve the right to cancel any refunds in this scenario.

A refund will be issued once the products have been received and inspected by CJ Performance Cycles, usually within 14 days.

The Giant Contend AR 2 (2026) is built for riders who want one bike that handles fast road miles with ease and feels confident when the pavement turns rough. Its ALUXX-grade aluminium frame paired with an Advanced-grade composite fork (with a full composite OverDrive steerer) provides the strength to endure, and the compliance to smooth out bumpy road surfaces. With thru-axles both front (12×100mm) and rear (12×142mm), disc brakes, and generous tyre clearance (up to 38mm), this model gives you enhanced control and versatility.

The ride comfort is improved by the D-Fuse composite seatpost (14mm offset) and gel-cork tape grips, which absorb vibration over long rides. The gearing is handled by the reliable Shimano CUES U6030 / U6020 10-speed group, including a 34/50 chainring combo and an 11-39 cassette, giving you what you need for steep ascents and rolling terrain. Braking performance is solid, with Shimano BR-U6030 hydraulic discs and Giant MPH rotors (160mm front and rear). The bike also offers tubeless-prepared tyres, mounts for fenders, and room in the wheels to run wider rubber for comfort.
