CJ Performance / Giant Durham
Located just a few miles south of the Carrville Interchange on the A1 and 2 miles from Durham Train Station, our Giant Durham store (housed within the old Tile Giant store) is the latest of Giant’s brand stores (as of December 2025).
As with our CJ Performance Cycles and Giant Newcastle store, we aim to offer the same great service and to cater for all cyclists and all budgets. Here you will find road, all-road, gravel, hybrid, mountain bikes and childrens bikes along with a large range of these styles in their electric versions. All of which can be bought in store or online via either our CJ Performance Cycles website, or Giant Durham website.
In our Giant Durham store will also hold a stocked Shimano Service Centre workshops for repairs and servicing.
We will continue to offer the possibility to purchase your bike using several cycle to work schemes, including Cyclescheme, Green Commute Initiative, Cycle to Work scheme, Bike2work scheme, Bike to Work (Ireland), Bikes for NHS, Cycleplus, Salary Exchange & Halfords Cycle to Work Scheme (Letters of Collection).

Our Giant Newcastle store provides both a bike fitting service and travel pod hire.
If you are Looking to get your suspension or dropper post serviced, we provide this services in store at our CJ Performance store in Newcastle.
