The Grifn is the all-road bike designed for riders seeking a single bike capable of handling competitive rides on smooth asphalt and commuting on crisp gravel paths.

In the design, the speed of a road bike is combined with the comfort of a gravel bike. With a maximum tire clearance of 38mm (40mm with 1x drivetrain), you'll have traction on country roads, while 32mm allows you to assert your place in the peloton. Additionally, it is possible to connect fenders and a dynamo to the bike, ensuring you can go anywhere even in bad or dark weather.

The name Grifn refers to the mythical creature griffin, a mythological creature symbolizing dominion over heaven and earth. Therefore, the Grifn reigns over both asphalt and gravel. The geometry is tailored to the riding behavior that best suits the intended use of the bike and the terrain. There is ample comfort for long distances, and the bike is aggressive enough for competitive Gran Fondos.

In short, the Grifn essentially breaks the N+1 rule of bike ownership.

• 11 mounting points for a 100% personalised setup. With three mounting points on and under the down tube and three mounting points on the seat tube, you can fully determine the position of your bottle cages and frame bag. You also have two mounting points on the top tube for an extra bag or toolkit, which can be cleverly hidden under a handy cover.
• Two worlds, one bike: With the Grifn family, you can hit the road as well as the off-road. You simply change wheelsets and do a gran fondo gravel on Saturday and hit the road the day after with the regular cycling club.
• The maximum tire clearance of the Grifn is 40 millimetres in a 1x setup and 38 millimetres with a 2x setup. This is a deliberate choice for a width sufficient to handle the vast majority of dirt roads. You can also opt for extra-wide tyres on the road, which provides a surplus of comfort and makes the Grifn ideal for long days in the saddle.
• All-road geometry: The geometry of the Ridley Grifn is the superb overlap of a stiff racing- and a tolerant off-road frame. The goal is a reactive and nimble riding feel while keeping a stable handling on off-road terrain. The head tube angle of the Grifn is slightly flatter than the head tube angle of a road bike, but sharper compared to a gravel bike. This results in a completely new geometry, specifically designed for the all-road segment.
• Special mudguards for the Grifn: Product developers designed specific mudguards for the Grifn. You can order these and have them installed at your local dealer, making the Grifn fully suitable for commuting in all weather conditions.
• Integrated cable routing rear light: The frame offers the possibility to route the cable for a rear light internally inside the top tube where it will exit near the seattube. These cable ports are nicely hidden so when not using them, you will hardly notice them on your frame.
• Universal Derailleur Hanger (UDH): This derailleur hanger is compatible with all modern shifting groups and protects against derailleur breakage and chain drops. Ridley is bringing this technology to other segments as well.
• Internal Dynamo Routing: The fork is equipped with internal cable routing for a dynamo hub. The cable is nicely hidden inside the forkleg, eliminating the hassle of guiding the cable from the dynamo hub to the front light.
