28 day returns

We always want you to be happy with your online purchase, but if for any reason this isn't the case, then CJ Performance Cycles offers a 28 day returns policy.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we should be able to cancel it immediately and process your refund. If, however, you order has been processed, you have 14 days from receipt of goods to inform us of your intention to cancel your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Returns received outside this 14 day period will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Any items returned must be in unused condition and in the original packaging, which should also be in as-new condition. Any signs of overhandling will result in a charge against the amount refunded.

Items must be returned at your own cost, and we recommend that you use a reputable, insured service as the goods will remain your property until your order is refunded. Any items returned without proof of postage that are lost in transit are not the responsibility of CJ Performance Cycles, and we reserve the right to cancel any refunds in this scenario.

A refund will be issued once the products have been received and inspected by CJ Performance Cycles, usually within 14 days.

The 2024 Giant TCX Advanced Pro 2 is a race-proven cyclocross bike engineered for quick acceleration, responsive handling, and all-weather performance. Whether you're lining up for your local CX series or training through winter conditions, this bike blends carbon efficiency, wireless shifting, and terrain-tuned geometry in a bold Kelp Forest finish.

Its Advanced-grade composite frame and fork are 17.5% lighter than the previous generation, while retaining best-in-class torsional stiffness for sprinting and cornering. The D-Fuse composite seatpost helps absorb bumps and vibrations, with the option to switch to a standard 30.9mm round or dropper post depending on your riding style.

The SRAM Apex 1x12 drivetrain delivers crisp shifting with a wide gear range for punchy climbs and fast flats. SRAM hydraulic disc brakes provide reliable stopping power in mud, sand, and slick conditions. The Giant WheelSystem is tubeless-ready for lower pressures and improved grip, while flat-mount disc brakes and 12mm thru-axles ensure modern race standards.

With race-tuned geometry, internal cable routing, and clearance for up to 45mm tyres, the TCX Advanced Pro 2 is ready for cyclocross, gravel training, and all-season riding.

Giant’s High Performance Grade raw carbon material is used to produce this custom frame material in our own composite factory with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio. The front triangle of these framesets is assembled and molded as one continuous piece in a proprietary manufacturing process called Modified Monocoque Construction.
