28 day returns

We always want you to be happy with your online purchase, but if for any reason this isn't the case, then CJ Performance Cycles offers a 28 day returns policy.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we should be able to cancel it immediately and process your refund. If, however, you order has been processed, you have 14 days from receipt of goods to inform us of your intention to cancel your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Returns received outside this 14 day period will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Any items returned must be in unused condition and in the original packaging, which should also be in as-new condition. Any signs of overhandling will result in a charge against the amount refunded.

Items must be returned at your own cost, and we recommend that you use a reputable, insured service as the goods will remain your property until your order is refunded. Any items returned without proof of postage that are lost in transit are not the responsibility of CJ Performance Cycles, and we reserve the right to cancel any refunds in this scenario.

A refund will be issued once the products have been received and inspected by CJ Performance Cycles, usually within 14 days.

The 2024 Giant Trance X Advanced 1 is a full-carbon trail bike designed for riders who want lightweight agility, plush suspension, and geometry adjustability. Whether you're navigating steep switchbacks or hammering through rocky descents, this bike delivers precision and control in a stunning Arctic Light finish.

Its Advanced-grade composite frame is engineered for stiffness and compliance, paired with a Fox Float X Performance Elite shock providing 140mm of Maestro rear suspension and a 150mm Fox 36 Performance Elite fork. The trunnion mount shock and Advanced Forged Composite rocker arm enhance suspension feel and durability.

The flip chip system lets you adjust geometry for terrain or riding style—choose a slacker head angle and lower BB for descending, or a steeper setup for climbing and tighter handling.

The SRAM GX Eagle Transmission AXS 1x12 drivetrain offers crisp, reliable shifting and a wide gear range, while Shimano XT 4-piston hydraulic disc brakes provide powerful, consistent stopping. Advanced Composite
Giant’s High Performance Grade raw carbon material is used to produce this custom frame material in our own composite factory with a high stiffness-to-weight ratio. The front triangle of these framesets is assembled and molded as one continuous piece in a proprietary manufacturing process called Modified Monocoque Construction.
Forged Composite
A state-of-the-art high-pressure moulding process is used to produce complex-shaped carbon fibre components that are lighter, stiffer and stronger than similar components made from aluminium. This technology is used in critical performance parts such as Maestro Suspension rocker links.
Maestro Suspension
Four strategically positioned pivot points and two linkages all work together to create a single floating pivot for the most active, efficient and independent suspension system on the trail.
Overdrive
Giant’s original oversized fork steerer tube technology. Designed to provide precise front-end steering performance, the system’s oversized headset bearings (1 1/4” lower and 1 1/8” upper for road, 1 1/2” lower and 1 1/8” upper for mountain) and tapered steerer tube work in conjunction to provide optimal steering stiffness.
