28 day returns

We always want you to be happy with your online purchase, but if for any reason this isn't the case, then CJ Performance Cycles offers a 28 day returns policy.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we should be able to cancel it immediately and process your refund. If, however, you order has been processed, you have 14 days from receipt of goods to inform us of your intention to cancel your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Returns received outside this 14 day period will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Any items returned must be in unused condition and in the original packaging, which should also be in as-new condition. Any signs of overhandling will result in a charge against the amount refunded.

Items must be returned at your own cost, and we recommend that you use a reputable, insured service as the goods will remain your property until your order is refunded. Any items returned without proof of postage that are lost in transit are not the responsibility of CJ Performance Cycles, and we reserve the right to cancel any refunds in this scenario.

A refund will be issued once the products have been received and inspected by CJ Performance Cycles, usually within 14 days.

The Easy Entry version of the Touring Hybrid delivers easy mounting and dismounting without sacrificing practicality or versatility. The neat, sturdy Semi-Integrated Carrier 2.1 makes it simple to carry essentials. The powerful Bosch Performance PX motor, 800Wh PowerTube battery, and Intuvia 200 display are neatly integrated into the design, providing extra help at the pedals. Efficient Comfort Geometry is designed around a 100mm-travel suspension fork for smooth and confidence-inspiring steering, even on rough roads.

Shimano's 5-speed hub gears are simple to use, durable, and low maintenance, making them the perfect companion for the powerful Bosch PX motor, 800Wh battery, and a clean, quiet Gates belt drive.
