28 day returns

We always want you to be happy with your online purchase, but if for any reason this isn't the case, then CJ Performance Cycles offers a 28 day returns policy.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we should be able to cancel it immediately and process your refund. If, however, you order has been processed, you have 14 days from receipt of goods to inform us of your intention to cancel your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Returns received outside this 14 day period will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Any items returned must be in unused condition and in the original packaging, which should also be in as-new condition. Any signs of overhandling will result in a charge against the amount refunded.

Items must be returned at your own cost, and we recommend that you use a reputable, insured service as the goods will remain your property until your order is refunded. Any items returned without proof of postage that are lost in transit are not the responsibility of CJ Performance Cycles, and we reserve the right to cancel any refunds in this scenario.

A refund will be issued once the products have been received and inspected by CJ Performance Cycles, usually within 14 days.

The Stereo Hybrid ONE77 HPC is built with big mountains in mind, featuring 170mm travel front and rear and a mullet wheel set-up.

The Stereo Hybrid ONE77 HPC frame features 170mm travel front and rear and a mullet wheel set-up with 74cm (29") front and 70cm (27.5") rear wheels for big mountain trails. It includes internal cable routing for clean looks and an angle-adjustable headset to tweak handling. The 800Wh PowerTube battery sits in the carbon down tube above the Bosch CX drive. A UDH dropout on the aluminium rear triangle provides durability, and a direct mount chain guide keeps the drivetrain secure.

Cube's Stereo Hybrid ONE77 HPC AT is designed for serious trail-taming potential. It is equipped with a Fox 38 Factory Grip X2 fork and Float X2 Factory shock to manage 170mm of travel. Shimano XTR Di2 1x12 gears provide electronic precision, paired with the Bosch CX drive, 800Wh PowerTube battery, and a Kiox 400C top tube-mounted display. A remote dropper seatpost and Shimano XTR hydraulic disc brakes with ABS Pro offer control and safety. Newmen Beskar 30 wheels in a mullet configuration with Schwalbe 6cm (2.5") Magic Mary and Albert tyres ensure traction over obstacles.
