28 day returns

We always want you to be happy with your online purchase, but if for any reason this isn't the case, then CJ Performance Cycles offers a 28 day returns policy.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we should be able to cancel it immediately and process your refund. If, however, you order has been processed, you have 14 days from receipt of goods to inform us of your intention to cancel your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Returns received outside this 14 day period will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Any items returned must be in unused condition and in the original packaging, which should also be in as-new condition. Any signs of overhandling will result in a charge against the amount refunded.

Items must be returned at your own cost, and we recommend that you use a reputable, insured service as the goods will remain your property until your order is refunded. Any items returned without proof of postage that are lost in transit are not the responsibility of CJ Performance Cycles, and we reserve the right to cancel any refunds in this scenario.

A refund will be issued once the products have been received and inspected by CJ Performance Cycles, usually within 14 days.

The Stereo Hybrid ONE44 Pro FE combines the trail-devouring ability of full suspension with the equipment list of a tourer.

The Stereo Hybrid ONE44 FE is adaptable and versatile, featuring an included mudguard, Semi-Integrated Carrier 2.0, and a lighting set. With an 800Wh PowerTube battery and a powerful Bosch CX motor offering up to 120Nm of assistance, it features 140mm of front- and rear-wheel travel for assured off-road handling and performance. Internal cable routing flatters the frame's clean, organic lines, while the UDH dropout is future-proof and the direct mount chain guard is neat and unobtrusive.

This bike has what it takes to get you to work, accompany you on a mountainous trail adventure, or explore. It combines the trail-devouring ability of full suspension with the equipment list of a tourer. There is 140mm of air-sprung suspension at each wheel, courtesy of a RockShox Psylo Silver RC fork and Deluxe Select+ RT shock with linear spring. To help keep the rubber side down, it also features powerful 4-piston Shimano hydraulic disc brakes and grippy Schwalbe 6.6cm (2.6in) tyres. Bosch's smooth, powerful CX drive with 800Wh battery provides up to 120Nm of assistance via Shimano's reliable XT 1x12 gears.
