28 day returns

We always want you to be happy with your online purchase, but if for any reason this isn't the case, then CJ Performance Cycles offers a 28 day returns policy.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we should be able to cancel it immediately and process your refund. If, however, you order has been processed, you have 14 days from receipt of goods to inform us of your intention to cancel your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Returns received outside this 14 day period will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Any items returned must be in unused condition and in the original packaging, which should also be in as-new condition. Any signs of overhandling will result in a charge against the amount refunded.

Items must be returned at your own cost, and we recommend that you use a reputable, insured service as the goods will remain your property until your order is refunded. Any items returned without proof of postage that are lost in transit are not the responsibility of CJ Performance Cycles, and we reserve the right to cancel any refunds in this scenario.

A refund will be issued once the products have been received and inspected by CJ Performance Cycles, usually within 14 days.

The Stereo Hybrid ONE44 HPC SLT represents the ultimate all-mountain e-mtb.

The Stereo Hybrid ONE44 HPC's frame features internal cable routing that complements the High Performance Carbon main triangle's clean lines, while the angle-adjustable headset allows for tailored handling. A direct mount chain guard keeps the gears on the straight and narrow, and the integrated Bosch top tube controller plus Purion 400 display show the status of the powerful Bosch CX-R drive and 800Wh PowerTube battery. With a 150mm fork and 140mm of rear-wheel travel, it is ready for the toughest trails. The UDH dropout ensures future-proofing.

The bike is built for all-mountain performance. The 150mm Fox 36 Factory Grip X2 fork and 140mm of rear-wheel travel from the Float X Factory shock keep the 6.35cm (2.5") Schwalbe Albert tyres rolling smoothly on the Newmen Phase 30 wheelset. Powerful, progressive Magura hydraulic disc brakes provide fingertip speed control. A Race Face Era carbon crank transfers power via Sram's XX Eagle Transmission 1x12 gears, supported by the Bosch CX-R drive and 800Wh battery. A remote dropper post offers control on steep, tough trails.
