28 day returns

We always want you to be happy with your online purchase, but if for any reason this isn't the case, then CJ Performance Cycles offers a 28 day returns policy.

If your order has not yet been dispatched, we should be able to cancel it immediately and process your refund. If, however, you order has been processed, you have 14 days from receipt of goods to inform us of your intention to cancel your order. You then have a further 14 days to return the goods to us. Returns received outside this 14 day period will not be accepted and will be shipped back to you.

Any items returned must be in unused condition and in the original packaging, which should also be in as-new condition. Any signs of overhandling will result in a charge against the amount refunded.

Items must be returned at your own cost, and we recommend that you use a reputable, insured service as the goods will remain your property until your order is refunded. Any items returned without proof of postage that are lost in transit are not the responsibility of CJ Performance Cycles, and we reserve the right to cancel any refunds in this scenario.

A refund will be issued once the products have been received and inspected by CJ Performance Cycles, usually within 14 days.

The 2024 Giant AnyTour E+ 3 is a versatile electric touring bike designed for riders who want to combine daily utility with long-distance comfort. Whether you’re commuting, exploring country lanes, or embarking on multi-day journeys, this e-bike blends smooth pedal-assist power, integrated features, and a premium finish in Gloss Eclipse/Black.

Its ALUXX SL-grade aluminium frame is lightweight yet durable, with an upright geometry that prioritises comfort and stability. The SR Suntour suspension fork and suspension seatpost absorb bumps and vibrations, while wide tyres provide grip and confidence across varied terrain.

The Yamaha SyncDrive Core mid-drive motor delivers 250W of power and 55Nm of torque, offering smooth, natural-feeling assistance up to 25km/h. Paired with the EnergyPak Smart 625Wh battery, it provides excellent range for long rides, with the option to extend further using the EnergyPak Plus range extender. This High-Performance level, state-of-the-art aluminium material is made predominantly from 6011 alloy and delivers best-in-class strength-to-weight ratios. These framesets also feature unique welding technologies for high-performance ride quality.
RideControl Ergo 2
This new control unit is optimized for city and trekking bikes that don’t have front derailleur or dropper seatpost levers on the handlebar. It’s optimized for ergonomics, with larger buttons that are easy to reach. LEDs indicating battery level and support mode make it a standalone control unit that doesn’t require a display. A smaller 6mm connector makes it possible to have internal handlebar cable routing.
Smart Assist
All SyncDrive motors have Smart Assist technology, which adjusts the support to match the rider’s needs. By using information from multiple sensors, both rider input and terrain feedback are used to determine the optimal amount of pedaling assistance. SyncDrive is the only e-bike system that utilizes both rider input and terrain feedback. It gives you a smooth, natural riding experience with ample power when you need it, while also conserving power when you don’t need as much.
EnergyPak
Giant’s latest EnergyPak battery systems feature streamlined designs that are integrated with the E-bike for a sleek and modern profile. Giant E-bikes offer several different EnergyPak options including the EnergyPak Smart and EnergyPak. Each one is designed to optimize the E-bike experience for a specific style of riding.
RideDash EVO Dash
The RideDash EVO is completely revised for 2021. It has a sportier outlook with a full-color display and graphics showing new functionalities to enhance the E-bike riding experience. It has handlebar/stem integration options and a reliable, wired connection. The low-profile screen shows ride information including speed, distance, battery range and Navigation, heart rate and fitness require the app to be connected.
