Christmas Deliverys
We will be working right up until 3pm on Christmas Eve, for those of you local to our stores.
For those of you who require items delivered, our cut-off for in store stock items is 12pm on Thursday 18th December. If you are unsure of an items stock status, please get in touch and we can help.
Whilst we use DPD’s Next Day courier service, orders may experience delays due to the festive period. We will do everything we can to ensure you get your items.
Any orders placed after the above date MAY NOT arrive before Christmas.
Ordering items with no store stock
Our website is linked with our suppliers and will show items held in their warehouses. Whilst these items are available, any customer orders placed in turn need ordered from our suppliers and shipped to ourselves before they can then turned around and shipped to you.
Any orders placed after the dates below, which include items from these brands may not arrive in time for Christmas.

Christmas Store Opening Hours
We all know the feeling, you’ve forgot something and don’t realise until Christmas morning. All of our stores (CJ Performance Cycles, Giant Durham and Giant Newcastle) will be open on the days listed below for those who either need to pick up a missing gift, have purchased a bike from elsewhere and it’s not quite working right, or just want to get out the house and walk off some of those mince pies.
