I booked in for a bike fit yesterday for my 2 x road bikes. The communication beforehand was brilliant. Someone from the team messaged straight back and put me in touch with Chris, I then explained A LOT about what I was after (🙈😅) and we booked a time slot.
Chris could not have been more thorough! Explaining everything as we went through and answering all of the questions I was bombarding him with!!!
The bikes feel brilliant now and my position on the bike just feels like a better fit already! I have detailed measurements for each bike although I think I may just pop back if I need anything changing on a new bike or set up …safer for me to leave it to the professionals 🤣.
I will be back for additional components as a really lovely shop and team
