In February 2010 CJ Performance Cycles opened its doors in small premises on Klondyke (High Pit) in Cramlington, Northumberland.

Following a successful first three years of trading, in February 2013 CJ’s moved to much larger premises only a few doors down to The Old Rex Cinema, a former picture house. More stock & brands were introduced and the business just took off. The Cramlington branch has built up a strong reputation as a quality cycle shop and they see their customers come back time and time again. The Cramlington store offers a selection of bikes for all riders.

The building once was home to Jack Ford car showrooms. This building had been an empty/boarded up shell for a number of years and underwent extensive building works at the beginning of 2015. Owners Chris and Mark fitted out the shop to what it is today. The shop is spread across three sections and houses everything you could need in the cycling world. The workshop has the largest stock of Shimano parts in the North East and if they don’t have the part it can be ordered and in store the following day. Prices are competitive.

Both our stores house a full open operational workshop on site (SHIMANO SERVICE CENTRE).
